Metropolitan Life Policy #123 456 789 A

Policy purchased by John Dough in June 1960, immediately following marriage to Mary Dough. Face value: $75,000. Current value: $100,000. This policy is paid up and pays an annual dividend of about $1,150.

Beneficiary is and always has been Mary Dough. Original contingent beneficiary was James Dough, father of John Dough. Contingent beneficiary was changed in 1963 to Robert Dough, son. Contingent beneficiary was changed in 1967 to Robert Dough (50%) and Ann Dough, daughter (50%).

NOTE: A second MetLife policy (# 987 654 321 B) was purchased in 1970. This policy was cashed out in 1999 and no longer is in force.
